Services Provided
We offer a range of mediation services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our approach is structured, efficient, and resolution-focused, providing a confidential and professional environment in which clients can address family law issues with clarity and confidence.

Spousal Support
Spousal support addresses potential financial disparities arising from the breakdown of a relationship. Both the amount and duration of support depend on a range of factors, including the length of the relationship and the roles assumed by each party during that time.
Through mediation, we guide clients in exploring appropriate support options, considering various scenarios, and reaching balanced agreements that reduce conflict and limit the need for court intervention.

Child Support
Child support is the right of the child and is intended to ensure that children continue to benefit from the financial means of both parents following separation. In Ontario, support is determined in accordance with the Child Support Guidelines, based primarily on the payor’s gross annual income and the number of children.
We assist clients in understanding the Guidelines, accurately calculating support obligations, and formalizing agreements that are fair, transparent, and aligned with the children’s needs.

Parenting plans and Decision-Making Responsibility
A comprehensive parenting plan is a foundational element for separating families with children. A well-structured agreement helps reduce conflict, clearly define each parent’s roles and responsibilities, and prioritize the best interests of the children. We work with clients to develop practical, child-focused parenting arrangements that provide stability and clarity moving forward.

Property Division
For married spouses, separation requires the division of assets and liabilities through a process known as equalization of net family property. This involves a detailed assessment of each party’s financial position at the date of marriage and the date of separation.
We assist clients in organizing financial disclosure, understanding the equalization process, and working toward practical resolutions. Given the complexity of property issues, independent legal advice is strongly recommended to ensure that any agreement is fully informed and enforceable.
